Dave Sicklesteel, President & Principal of RDS Office Furniture has more than forty years experience working with top brands and national companies. Throughout Dave's 40 year career in the office furniture industry, he has held a broad range of sales and marketing positions. He began with Steelcase in 1982 as a district manager and became a regional manager in 1985 in San Francisco, CA. He chose to broaden his business perspective by accepting a position as Executive Vice President with Rucker Fuller, a Steelcase dealer in San Francisco, CA. In 1994, Dave started RDS Office Furniture in Indianapolis.
